In order to build a comprehensive cybersafety program of work the ACMA recommends that teachers select teaching concepts and resources from each of the four capabilities: Digital media literacy, Positive online communication, Peer and personal safety and e-Security.
Digital media literacy is often understood as the ability to access, understand and participate in or create content by using digital media.
