Understanding what students are doing online is a valuable starting point for teaching cybersafety. This series of videos combined with the Cybercitizen profiles provide teachers with a comprehensive view of their students’ online lives.
Comprehensive units of work provide activities for use in the classroom. These activities are designed to build a range of skills, knowledge and behaviours in students that will help to keep them safe online. Teachers can choose activities and sequence them based on student needs.
The ACMA has web-based teaching resources available for use by teachers. These resources include supporting lesson plans and student handouts.
