Cybersmart Online Helpline for children and young people

Cybersmart Online Helpline for children and young people

Sometimes things can happen online that make you feel uncomfortable, scared or just plain down. Talking to friends and family is a great thing to do and can help a lot. It can also help to talk to someone who’s an expert in the types of things you might be going through.

To specifically help children and young people with their problems, ACMA works with Kids Helpline to provide a confidential online service about things that happen online.

You can talk about anything happening online that worries you, like cyberbullying, seeing unpleasant or offensive content or keeping a balance between your online and offline lives.

The Kids Helpline service is online, free and confidential.

If you want to talk to someone urgently, call Kids Helpline on 1800 551 800.

Sometimes just talking about something can help fix it.
