Cyberzine
The Australian Communications and Media Authority (the ACMA) has launched its cybersafety newsletter Cyberzine.
Cyberzine will keep you up to date with information about current issues, new resources and the latest research. It is part of the Cybersmart program, the national cybersafety education program managed by the ACMA as part of the Australian Government’s commitment to promoting online safety for children and young people.
Each issue will provide details about how to access resources and information, and useful content, on the Cybersmart website.
In this issue we look at Safer Internet Day 2010 and two new cybersafety programs—the Pre-Service Teacher training program and Cybersmart Hero, an interactive activity for primary school students.
