Hector helps children tackle cyberbullying

A newly created episode in the flagship online safety program 'Hector's World' was launched today by the ACMA. Developed in partnership with Hector's World Limited, the episode explores the impact that cyberbullying can have, particularly encouraging children to contact a trusted adult for help. 'Helping young children understand how to deal with cyberbullying is a key strategy in keeping children safe online,' Liz Butterfield, Managing Director of Hector's World Limited, says. 'With children coming online at younger ages, it's important get this message across early.'
